Your duties will include overseeing the daily running and management of the F One telemarketing team, meeting the team's appointment and gross profit targets and developing and training your team.

Working Hours: 9:00am - 5:30pm

Duties of an F One Telemarketing Manager
Coaching, inspiring and motivating the team
Ensuring the team meets its targets
Sales training, development, and performance management
Have a good understanding of the telecoms market
Developing sales strategies to guarantee success and growth
Disciplined use of CRM system, communication and customer management
Monitoring random calls for quality assurance
Forecasting and analysing sales data
Regular reporting of KPI's to directors
Requirements for the role
Experience managing a team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks at any given time
