New appointments signal further growth at F One Technologies

Hampshire-based telecoms reseller F One Technologies, one of the region's fastest growing businesses, has made two key appointments to the company's growing team of professionals to support expectations of continued strong sales growth

As Head of Engineering, Andy McGowan will be responsible for the company's service operation including systems installation, customer training and on-going maintenance and new Telemarketing Manager Gemma Read will support the company's new business programme and sales strategy

Commenting on the double appointment, F One Director Lee New said: "Both individuals bring a wealth of experience and expertise to F One at a time when we are building strong relationships with our customers and the business. F One is going from strength to strength and these new appointments will help the company to augment further new business across all products and increase usage of cloud-based telephony for businesses across the UK".

With day-to-day responsibility for the planning and implementation of telecoms platforms and systems as well as maintenance support, Andy McGowan's product knowledge is second to none following more than 7 years managing the supply and installation of a range of systems and communications technology manufactured by leading telecoms giants such as NEC. Andy also spent 5 years in the Army serving with the Royal Corps of Signals.

As a telesales leader specialising in telecommunications, Gemma joins F One after more than six years at a telecoms reseller based in Hampshire, managing the telesales team, call coaching and supporting customer services and managing customer sales accounts. During a three year period, Gemma consistently exceeded monthly sales targets with most sales and appointments for the business.
